Installation

In general no software installation is required, as our partners' products are cloud-based solutions.

Configuration

Netsuite is highly configurable. Using the information gathered during Discovery, we configure your system so that it will function in line with your business processes.  We set up your company's static information, your employees, your customers and suppliers.  Both static and dynamic data will need to be converted and uploaded from the old systems to the new.  We can help the client with the conversion, data cleansing, and data verification.

Screen and Print Layouts, Searches and Reports

Screen layouts, print forms, searches and reports are all highly configurable - our consultants can tailor them to your exact requirements.

Training

Our consultants will programme training sessions so that each department in your organisation is familiar with the system, configured andpopulated with your data, before you go live.

User Acceptance Testing

This is where your teams confirm the system works the way you need it to.  Your actual software users test the ssystem to make sure it can handle the required tasks in real-world scenarios.

Go-Live

When your system goes live, our consultants are on hand to answer any questions and deal with any unforseen issues.
